As a designer/printer I create posters for concerts, events, and a variety of design projects, using Hatch’s historic collection of vintage wood/metal type and printing blocks. Every poster is handset and uses hand carved imagery. For every poster job, I work directly with the client and complete every step of the process from sketching, typesetting, proofing, and ultimately to printing. Hatch is one of the oldest surviving letterpress shops in America and has been in operation for over 140 years.
